"Lovely inn walking distance to everything. They were very accommodating and helpful. Our room was great - we had a view of the ocean. Complimentary happy hour wine & charcuterie as well as breakfast. We would definitely stay again."

"We were in a remodeled room. It was very clean with a beautiful walk in shower. The bed was comfortable. No AC but a good ceiling fan. The weather was perfect so we didn’t need either. The room had a microwave and refrigerator. It is a long block to the ocean so we drove and parked. You can rent bicycles. The lobby has beverages and snacks all the time with some extra things added during the brunch time."

"This is a quaint cottage stay nestled in the pines close to Asilomar. Residential area. Our room was very nicely appointed and had high ceilings, ceiling fans, a large bathroom and gas fireplace. It was clean and comfy. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. I gave 3 stars for maintenance only for the front door sticking and was hard to close and the crank windows not closing. There are a lot of deer in the area so be mindful of that when walking the grounds with a dog (deer droppings, pine needles, stickers or reactive dog). The parking is on site and just tight due to trees and roots, also some sharp turns, so might be hard with a big truck or van. Just FYI. There are many spots by the office though. Pet friendly and that was great since it was reasonably priced for the area. I would recommend you check it out👌 see if you like it 😃"

"We were in a room by the pool. Quiet and very nice with the usual amenities. We would certainly stay here again in the future. Staff were very helpful and polite."

"Nice hotel except for the multiple false alarms going off in the middle of the night or early morning. Also, you have to ask them to clean your room. I did not like that."

"The Staff, in particular the manager, are all excellent. we stayed for ten days, it was our second time in the deluxe cabin#115 if we could give higher than excellent for the staff, we would. extremely clean facility in a great location. We had a great stay."

"Staff was really friendly and the yogurt and granola for breakfast was really delicious. We got a cottage which is really the way to go for a cozy private weekend. The location is the best you can find in Monterey if you want to get away from the tourist area and all the shops are pretty close."
