"Fantastic location in Hollywood area and so close to tons of shops and restaurants. Good parking option at the ovation if you decide not or pay the price for valet parking. Furniture conditions could be improved inside the hotel specially the doors to the rooms and the TV stands and bathrooms. I was very happy with our start otherwise."

"My family really enjoyed our stay here. Everything that you need is onsite. A lot of the amenities are free for guests."

"Start with negatives, Self-parking was $69 a day. Parking stalls hard to find. Too many compact stalls, with full size vehicles parking in them. No microwave in room. AC filter clogged and have not been replaced for several months. No water dispensers to refill flask. Only ice dispenser and corker on our floor. Rules not enforced, so pools are used by more non-guests than paying guests. Adult pool, jacuzzi is not available after 6pm. So much for me time and getting away from the kids. Positives: hotel let us check-in early. Convenient check out. Room felt clean. Lots of pools all over the resort. Felt safe. Enjoyed live music at night at Tapa bar. Overall, good place if you just need a room and bed to lay your head down, while spending your time elsewhere. Not a true resort in the sense. A pricey motel."
