"The staff is always very nice and they maintain the property pretty well. One thing that detracts from the experience here is the noise. In the past I’ve stayed on lower floors and got the street noise from homeless, sirens, etc. This time I stayed on the top floor and it was loud music from the rooftop, which kept me up until pretty late."

I love how they utilize space and create an amazing calming ambiance. The staff were friendly, the check in and checkout is so quick and easy. Everything is clean and the free drip coffee was just a great addition. This is our go to stay in Santa Barbara and will always be! :)"

"This is a beautiful property in the heart of Palm Springs. It is a short walk to downtown and the property felt secluded and quiet. They had fun music playing at the pool during the day but never too loud. Multiple small pools and lots of greenery."

"Our room was advertised as a two bed two bath, but only had one bathroom. Hotel staff stated it had been mid-advertised by the third party I went through. No resolve. The pool and pool area were very nice and clean. The room was very nice. No tv in bedroom. Overall, it was a good experience. "
