"We would have thought there would have been a cold water dispenser with disposable cups available at reception to welcome guests in the heat. Also we didn’t realise that there is no room service at all unless staying longer than 14 days. The little niceties of water/coffee machine upon entering would have been greatly appreciated and this lack will negate us from returning. Nice looking hotel though."

"The walls are very thin. We had a family with a small child next to us that cried most of the night and a family with littles above us that ran all over their room most of the night. Might have been better if we were on the top floor."
