"It wasn’t what I expected for the price we paid. The rooftop deck is nice but tiny, and next to the HVAC unit so all you hear is the loud constant hum when you’re up there. Not very relaxing or enjoyable. Hard to have a conversation. The location is great for events in the area. Easy to get to. Parking garage was a bonus. We didn’t receive our complimentary wine which was promised in the reservation. The amenities were lacking, small things like there was no hand soap in the bathrooms just...

"The hotel itself is great and the staff are wonderful. But I do not recommend this hotel if you want to walk anywhere. There are a lot of homeless and they will follow you and hover around you and it feels very unsafe. If you plan to stay here I’d recommend ubering or driving to your destination."
