The suite is very nice, with a full kitchen, living, dining and sleeping areas. The outdoor carpet on the balcony could use some cleaning. There is food and drinks available near the pool from 9am to 5pm, but I wish they offered coffee somewhere on the property.

Clean rooms. Great service. Property is older but good shape. Pool area nice but lots of families so if looking for adults only, this is not your place. Poolside bar/snack place is decent. Cabanas for rent are a nice touch. Golf course on property is a really good deal! Not a super fancy course but price was right and lots of fun/challenging. All villas have full kutchen.

The property had everything one could need while on vacation. The beds were beauty rest and were quite comfortable. The pool area was always pristine and had great views of the mountains. The location was about 12-15 min from downtown PS which was fine for us. The area around the resort had wonderful restaurants and shops if needed as well.

I had a great view ! The pool is super busy with music! The room was nice and quiet! The AC worked great! but kitchen cookware were old and scratched pan and was missing pan! The blender wasn’t working! The dishwasher machine smelled really bad! The TV has no netflix or youtube which is a big downside! They have direct TV! Overall I prefer this place over the other Inn’s in town! It has a nice bedroom! The pillows are not my favorite i got a neck pain!

We were impressed with how spacious the room was, we had a separate bedroom, living room and a big kitchen! Good thing, because the menu at the little cafe by the pool was limited. We did enjoy their breakfast sandwiches and fruit in the mornings though. We will return!

Had a great stay at the Cathedral City Hyatt Vacation Club Resort. Very quiet and everything was as advertised. A coffee station in the lobby would be a nice addition.

We had a fantastic experience during our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made meals incredibly convenient, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff stood out for being exceptionally polite and helpful throughout our visit. One of the highlights was the daily schedule of activities for both kids and adults — it kept everyone entertained and made the trip even more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a great place for families looking for a relaxing and well-organized getaway.

Our unit was a 1 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, large living room, good size bedroom and washer/dryer in the unit. Kitchen is has all the dishes, pots/pans to cook a full meal, you just need to purchase your cooking material. There are multiple grocery store options within 5 minutes driving. I highly recommend to get the 2nd floor unit with the mountain views instead of the pool view. The unit was very clean. As farvas the noise, the resort is in the fight path to land at the airport but the occasional airplane flying bybdid not bother us. There is a large golf course right next door. There is a very nice walking path next to the property which was excellent for early morning walks. There is large swimming pool, ping pong table, foosball table, 2 pool tables and some video games in the game room. Ther is a cafe by the pool that is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We did not eat at the cafe so I will not comment on it. If I go back to Palm Springs, I will definitely stay here again.

This property is very dated for the 495 per night price .The sofa bed was in terrible shape, bad mattress and grungy. Bathroom had dirty tile grout, bathroom fan was clogged with dust. The only bright side was the staff was very kind and went over and above to try to help with our concerns. Security was non existent. Anyone can come and go. Should have locked gates with card only access. Very disappointed.

Room was clean and spacious. Pool was amazing and very well kept We had a late night arrival and definitely found the night staff that received us was cold and it seemed like we were disturbing her. I had to go back the next day to get some more information. Clean, beautiful pool area, well maintained. You pretty much need a car as location is not really within walking distance of anything. They had great activities planned daily and seemed to cater to people of all ages. Seemed centrally located to drive anywhere in Coachella Valley. Plenty of grocery stores, red and shopping within a short drive but not walkable. Definitely recommend for families, and couples. An airport shuttle would have been great but not crucial.

It was a gorgeous convenient location, we enjoyed the property and our stay and would love to stay again. Staircase leading to the upstairs and cracks and by the 4th day was caution taped off because there was a hole. But I imagine it will be worked on quite quickly, I would definitely recommend staying here as it was conveniently located within a 10min drive to the downtown strip, grocery, coffee and whatever else.

Convenient to great restaurants and Indian Wells Tennis. Nice clean pool area, and 1 bedroom stay was comfortable. Only there a couple days, so didn't take in many amenities.

We have stayed here in the past and so we were looking forward to returning. Staff was super friendly and they were able to satisfy our request for a golf course view. The staff runs some fun activities daily at the pool for both children and adults. Location is super convenient to downtown Palm Springs, Indian Wells Tennis Garden and hiking trails
