"The room was unclean, the air con barely worked and was noisy, and the noise from other rooms and doors slamming was ridiculous. I made a specific request that I needed a quiet room for sleep as I had an early start (up at 4am), this request clearly was not met. We left before 10pm and found somewhere else to stay."

"The garden setting and the u shape of the overall resort are lovely. The beach is very close literally metres away. Although the pool and spa are not heated it was still refreshing to have a dip due to the overall warm winter weather. The washing machine and dryer are in the apartment so very convenient.

"Dirty, walkways flooded with leaking air-conditioned water. Slippery, and unsafe. Couldn't get key to open the door to our room. Room was very basic and shabby. Strange people walking around with no shirts on. A police raid with 8 police arrived as we tried to check in. The owner we spoke to on the phone was rude and shouted at my husband on the phone.
