"We were in apt #2 of Casa Pelayo Cleanliness: The shower hadn't been cleaned when we arrived. It had hair and dirt. We contacted management who apologized and said cleaning would come the next day. They didn't. The floors, of course, got progressively dirty throughout our 4 day trip but there was no broom and "extra cleaning" would have come with a fee so we ended up wearing shoes inside. Towels were never changed....for a four-day. False description: Speaking of towels, there were no beach...

"The fotos of the site are not accurate. The property is neglected. The floors were cracked missing pieces and dirty. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the smell of mold impregnated on the pillows and sheet. The shower head was clogged and produced very little water. Broken windows sealed with plastic. The entrance to the facilities was totally dark very unsafe (no bulbs on the light)dangerous and unsafe to enter facilities at night."

"Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. "
