We visited on Oct. 1. The hotel is what you would expect from Super 8—they do a good job, had the usual amenities, and we were pleased with our stay. Surprisingly, the breakfast room was swamped with people by 6:30 am. At all the other motels we’d stayed at that served breakfast, we were among the few who ate early. Luckily, a kind Asian tourist invited us to sit with them. On the second morning, we made sure to get there earlier. Our room had a mountain view, and the hotel was conveniently located.

The initial impression was not favorable as the carpet in the 2 nd floor hallway was stained but the rooms were clean. The breakfast was good and delicious. Staff pointed to the instructions but did not communicate with words. After the initial yuck, it was much better than expected.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Check in and staff were very accommodating. Ice machine was not working, and no signage as where to go. Breakfast was just ok and not much there. It was a good price for the night though.
