"Our stay at The Grandview Villa Dalat was fantastic. The room offered great view overlooking the city. Clean rooms & showers. We also had a breakfast included with the room. Nice & courteous staff, they had lots of information about the city. Over all a great stay. "

"I’ve booked 6 beds room for party of 16 people! But when the time I ‘ve arrived , they let me know they no longer has it available, they end of give me a smaller of homestay without pool for my kids! I was little disappointed! They’re not as honenest to the bookings! The place they give us not as bad! The service was good the lady was nice keep the place nice and cleaning! Iam really appreciate the help from her!"

"The hotel is kind of isolated from Dalat town. We did find excellent restaurants 15 minute walk away and excellent massage nearby. Hot water was hit and miss for pressure and temp. Was great when it worked.The hotel is clearly geared for Vietnamese tourists and I think has little experience with foreigners. The staff was very friendly but was a bit difficult to communicate clearly. We ahd to request room cleaning after 4 days. Roosters and dogs nearby made for broken sleep. As did water pipe...

"We stayed in a 3 bedroom room versus the bungalow we were hoping for. Our expectations were not met even for a homestay lodging. It's quite far from the city so expect about 15 minutes car ride each way. Our room was just not tolerable. The blinds in the room were all dirty. Windows sill was dusty with all kinds of bugs that were afraid to open our windows. The bathroom blind was completely covered with mold and stain. Amenities were scarce even for a homestay. We were given exactly 4 towels for...

"due to holiday, they stucked us on the basement with no a/c. We couldn’t open the door as it has Publlc access to the garden. the bathroom floor mat was filthy. No separate shower drain. I would never return here. "

"Terrible because the hotel staffs let us family of 18 people 6 family rooms stayed mostly at the basement level rooms with the rooms’ views are bricks surrounding. We asked for the higher level rooms but they said all the rooms have been reserved for the group tours of 30-50 people. In general, basements generally are not designed to make guests’ rooms but cars’ garages. "
