I liked that this place was quiet, safe and close from the sea.

Wonderful stay and great quiet spot at Paihia next to the beach and a few mins walk to the town centre. Bed was very comfortable and service was ace with Jimmy dropping off our luggage to the bus stop as our shuttle to Auckland was in th afternoon. Functional laundry room which was convenient with fish and chips, petrol stop and superrettenext door. Thank you Jimmy and hope to be ack again soon!

Really nice motel in a great location in Paihia. Across the road from a lovely beach and a short walk to everything in town. I had a fairly basic double room, but everything clean and tidy. Very comfortable and I will certainly stay again.

Jimmy was welcoming from the start, he even lent us a fishing rod so we could drop a line. Accommodation is older style, but very clean and we were upgraded to one of the beach view apartments which was a nice surprise on arrival. This accommodation was just what we needed and had an enjoyable two night stay.

We are a retired couple from Australia visiting NZ for the first time. We had booked this accommodation before leaving home, so hoped we had done our research well enough. We were not disappointed! We were warmly welcomed by reception who were very obliging with any of our questions or needs. A very pleasant 10-minute walk along the coast and you were in the centre of Paihia – very convenient. Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi speeds were unbelievable! Besides Sky TV, there was Netflix, Prime, even YouTube. We couldn’t have asked for more. Would highly recommend.
