"I loved the old, quaint building which was beautifully appointed as a hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The garden patio in the back was a lovely place to relax. The hotel was conveniently located to all attractions in Paisley."

"This is a little gem! Convenient to all of our excursions . The bed was heaven! Great pillows! A fan was provided. Bathrooms were clean with good smelling products. I like that our room had a separate toilet room from shower room. There were plenty of places to store luggage, clothes, etc. They provide earplugs in case it gets too loud downstairs, but we didn’t really need them. "I stayed on a Sunday night and the hotel was quiet and comfortable. The staff members were friendly and helpful, even though they were busy covering both the front desk and the restaurant. Food was pretty good. It was the best hotel and the least expensive hotel that I stayed at in Scotland (I stayed at 7 different hotels throughout the country). Short taxi ride to the airport but the taxi was expensive...with a small tip it was 20 GBP for a 5 minute ride."

"we stayed in room 4 and despite having a radiator this was centrally controlled by the main reception. we found this out on night 2 as when we went to bed on the first night we whacked the radiator on thinking that would be that but nope, cold as ice through the night. reception did sort but the room didnt get that warm so assuming the thermostatic valve wasnt fully operational. the shower screen squeegee at the bottom didnt properly fit and a gap up at the hinge point meant water escapes onto...

"I stayed for two nights in the hotel. The room was clean and tidy. Iron and iron board were provided. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It will be better if vendoring machine selling drinks is available. Also they forgot to clean my room after the first night, so I give them 4/5."
