"Generally excellent and recommended However we left out wallet behind and while the hotel found it they refused to send it back to us in the UK as it is policy which has caused us all manner of issues and the is quite inexplicable and left us furious"
Occidental Jandía Mar - All Inclusive

"Excellent location in the Jandia peninsula and a short walk from the beach (be prepared for a steep uphill walk back). I was mostly out during the day exploring the island. With a car, this was a very good base for some beautiful beaches, both on the east and west coasts. The hotel provides covered parking for a fee, or there is free parking on the main road outside the hotel. Pool was good with plenty of sun beds - although I went in September and can imagine this gets crowded in the summer holidays. I didn’t use the bars so can’t comment on that, but the buffet restaurant has enough variety and is of good quality (within all-inclusive expected standards). Again, it does get busy so I can see the summer months being a different experience. There are snacks (salads, burgers and pizzas) poolside too - again I didn’t really use this but good to tide you over between lunch and dinner if need be. I would stay at this hotel again and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family."

"Fabulous Staff. Entertainment was excellent. Luca I think the guys name was, he really got the crowd going. Excellent location. Right next to the beach. Food was good."

"Very clean rooms Food where good - But much the same. But they can not make drinks in the bar. It is a self catering All inclusive Hotel. So there are lack of service according to other hotel. Empty beer glass everywhere. But all in all good hotel and vacation "
