At the bar, Mitch appeared to be having a difficult day, handling items roughly and creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for guests at the bar. "The check-in process was mediocre at best. We were uncharged $11 per child since they weren’t on the Expedia reservation. We asked for more pillows and they did end up being them but originally told us 4 people in room and 4 pillows saying there were no more in the hotel. Even though two of th pillows looked to be more decorative. Rooms are good. Beds okay. Shower is fine. Nothing special. Good location (close to mystery spot and the board walk and downtown). "Everything is clean and the staff is amazing. We stay in a lot of hotels and travel a lot, and the staff at the Hampton Inn in Gilroy is really one of the best. However, their breakfast are awful. Again the staff does their best, but the food quality is really bad. Also, we had a seven day stay and we needed to request housekeeping. And most of the hotels where we stay if you’re over three days, you automatically get a housekeeping. I think they should rethink that policy because it’s kind of...
