Best resort in khaoyai

This place is by far one of the best resort in khao yai or even in Thailand that I’ve ever been to. Great location and the service was amazing. All the staffs I’ve come in contact with were awesome. They are detail oriented and very professional. Good selection of breakfast and dinner. Also the complimentary afternoon tea was great! I love everything about this place and I will be back with my family.

Simpelhen en skjult perle, føler at man lige er landet på Bali, og så har man Khao Yais bjerge rundt om sig. Og betjeningen er helt i top sjældent mødt så smilende og servicemindede folk. Maden er utrolig den bedsteveninden har fået i Thailand, og deres 5 o’clock tea var outstanding. Værelserne er store og lyse og der badekar med udsigt til haven og bjergerne kan stærkt anbefales. Excellent Service but needs Improvement

The service and the staff in The Series Resort are 5 star standard. If you want exclusive service, you should come to this resort. In the resort, although the telco network was close to zero, however the resort WIFI was very strong and good. However, a few suggestions for them to improve. First, they ought to change to their room curtains to blackout curtains as the current curtains does not block out light so we could not really sleep well. Secondly, the water heater did not provide constant hot water for shower, at times very frustrating because we could not have a good relaxing shower. The resort can also provide another waste bin in the room so that we need walk to the toilet to throw rubbish.

Unbeatable service! Amazing stay!

Amazing stay. The resort is lovely, staff are super friendly, food's great and rooms have a huge deep soaking tub which is really nice. It was my birthday week and they surprised me with a cake and a little handwritten note. Everything in the room is complimentary. At your departure, they also make you takeaway coffee and cookies. The whole experience was amazing, service is the unbeatable. I will stay here again in my future trip.

Outstanding lovely resort.

Such an amazing resort. Excellent service and a very warm welcome by all the staffs. We enjoyed the short tour around the resort upon checking in. Very comfortable room and cozy balcony overlooking the garden. Bathroom was specious with nice rain shower. Modern in room facilities, very clean and comfortable. Good spread for breakfast too! And perfect Wifi.

Exceptionnel hôtel entouré de jungle

Après plusieurs jours dans lean villes du pays cet hôtel à été un havre de paix. Avril 2017 l'hôtel n'a qu'en 3 mois. Tout est neuf et a été décoré avec le pliable grand goût. Le personnel est incroyablement gentil et attentifs à que notre séjour soit inoubliable. Les détails comptent, ils vous apportent de l'eau fraîche au bord de la piscine et un afternoon team qui comprend une boisson chaude thé ou café, cappuccino etc. Une glace haagen dazs et toutes sortes de gâteaux et mets salés (excellente surprise). En résumé nous ne sommes-nous restés que une nuit mais 3 nuits aurait étés necessaires. Nous le recommandons 100% et pensons y retourner dans le futur.

Staff are excellent- some of the best I've experienced in Thailand - nothing too much trouble. Design of this small boutique resort is stylish and creates very relaxed surroundings. Only area for real improvement is food - very average.

New resort with a great service

The room has a nice design and very cosy. All staffs are very helpful and attentive. The resort also offers free all minibar and afternoon tea which are very nice. The pool has a nice size for swimming and also has jacuzzi. I stayed for 1 night and enjoyed my stay there very much.

The best resort for couple

It is the best since my first step here. The welcome drink is very thai stlyle touch, taste and smell of Thai herbs. The resort is decorated with the uniqueness of Bali, Myanmar and Thai styles. The room is very very cozy atmosphere and nice canopy, especially so romantic for a couple. Breakfast is made to order with well-done and so yummy. The afternoon tea, many choices, is available as a complimentary. The staffs are so lovely and give us the best service. We are so appreciate everything and surely will come back again soon.
