I was quite shocked that they charged breakfast fee to my 6 years old child (half price). I found this not usual, since i never got charged for breakfast of child under 7 years old. My older child (8 years old) is also got charged half price, but i was fine because other hotels some charged and other didnt charge. I only spent around 10 minutes...

"I requested Travelio for WiFi in the room and toilet roll but no response at all. The light at the table was not blown but not replaced. No one came to do housekeeping during 3 days stay."

The rest of hotel service and facility is okay, standard. Just that point that shocked me.
On the other day, i stayed in other 4 star hotel near around this hotel, i got all breakfast free charged even for my 2 children. So i think, this hotel is just different."
