"I stayed for two nights in the hotel. The room was clean and tidy. Iron and iron board were provided. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It will be better if vendoring machine selling drinks is available. Also they forgot to clean my room after the first night, so I give them 4/5."

"The building is old and it is showing. The AC in our room was barely cooling down the room and as a result we were not able to sleep well for a couple of nights when the outside weather was warm."

"Location is great. Could have a quiet walk along the river. LIDL grocery store, McDonald and Big Lick’s restaurant and a subway station is within 10 minutes walking distance. Room clean is done very well. Hope WiFi could be faster and there could be fitness facilities."

"The mattresses were old and we could feel the springs through the surface. There is no elevator, so it was challenging to carry all of our luggage and our baby up the stairs."

"We appreciate the trash being taken out, tidying up the beds. We absolutely appreciate the breakfast service from Ashem (apologize if I misspelled) & Linda during our stay. Also, the iron was top tier that didn’t stain our clothes. All staff encounter were friendly & helpful. "

"Good hotel, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the area is not great during the day and at night. The rooms are quite small, so great for a one or two night stay but no longer and for the price I would have expected proper cups for hot drinks and glassware and to have the tea caddy redone when the room was getting cleaned. On a positive note the staff were extremely friendly and helpful."
