Lunch and dinner at the hotel was exquisite, the room was clean and immaculately appointed, and our night’s sleep was peaceful. The Sherbrooke is a hidden gem, and we will tell anyone who visits Glasgow to stay there! Thank you all for such a marvelous stay. "

"The staff were very helpful in recommending restaurants and other sights to see in Glasgow. The hotel was modern and clean, providing a lot of amenities. The location is also great, a short distance from the city center but still in a quieter, more open area."

"This review applies to apartment 18 (studio), so I cannot speak to the other apartments. But honestly, I’d stay elsewhere. The positives: relatively quiet neighborhood but not centrally located (though with easy access to the subway and two equidistant train stations). Clean room. Staff friendly. The negatives: where to begin. First, whomever designed the shower/toilet should never work again as a designer. There’s no separate shower stall. The rainfall shower is directly next to the toilet...

"Once again booked at Crowne Plaza and their is renovation works underway. No advance warning again. On this occasion the lifts were under service/renovation. 20 minutes waiting on lifts that were full from the floors above. I dont know what has happened to the restaurant but the meals are getting worse and this one was the worst ever experienced. The steak meal was cold, undercooked and had a skin on it from the hot plate, the other was a burger, totally inedible and certainly not worth...

"OMG! We arrived and I immediately realized my phone fell out of my pocket in the taxi. Claire was outstanding as I was losing my composure and she was very calming. She knew what to do to help me get my phone back and brought my phone to me with some prosecco! "

"The lady on reception who seemed to always be there (!) was so friendly and welcoming, The room smelt so clean when you opened the door, it was large and really comfortable. The room had everything you needed included a complimentary mini bar with water and some beers. The ensuite had an excellent shower and big towels. When checking out we asked if there was another Dakota hotel at our next stop but unfortunately not!! Highly recommend and will go back."

"We stayed in the superior king, love the decor, breakfast was amazing, you can also order a drink at the bar just ask. Comfy bed, had room seevice, nice hot shower, great AC, mini fridge, all your basic needs. If you get the chance try the chinese restaurant across the street, 5 star!! Its close enough to the train station and all the shopping and restaurants but in the business district. I would absolutely stay here again. "
