The positives: relatively quiet neighborhood but not centrally located (though with easy access to the subway and two equidistant train stations). Clean room. Staff friendly. The negatives: where to begin. First, whomever designed the shower/toilet should never work again as a designer. There’s no separate shower stall. "OMG! We arrived and I immediately realized my phone fell out of my pocket in the taxi. Claire was outstanding as I was losing my composure and she was very calming. She knew what to do to help me get my phone back and brought my phone to me with some prosecco! "

"We stayed in the superior king, love the decor, breakfast was amazing, you can also order a drink at the bar just ask. Comfy bed, had room seevice, nice hot shower, great AC, mini fridge, all your basic needs. If you get the chance try the chinese restaurant across the street, 5 star!! Its close enough to the train station and all the shopping and restaurants but in the business district. I would absolutely stay here again. "
