One of the highlights of my stay was being spontaneously upgraded to a deluxe room when I checked in, which was such a lovely surprise. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. The facilities were excellent, and everything felt well maintained and the service consistently exceeded my expectations."

"Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Istanbul was honestly one of those experiences where you let out a deep breath the moment you walk in. From the second we arrived, everything just felt effortless. The staff wouldn't let me lift a finger and took care of everything we needed. The view from the lobby is really nice and all the amenities in the room were great. The rooms themselves were also very clean! They offered beautiful soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and other things that we didn't even think we needed. This hotel was one step ahead of us. The service is what really stood out. Every single staff member was polished, kind, and genuinely attentive. At breakfast, they would check in to see if we wanted fresh juices, if we needed anything else from the buffet, and somehow remembered our coffee orders. It’s the little details like that that make a place feel special. What I loved most was how easy they made everything feel. Would love to return to the Ritz in Istanbul!"

"The rooms are spotless and the junior suit i booked had everything you could possibly need. From the full size hair dryer, ironing board and coffee machine down to fluffy bath robes. Staff where extremely accommodating . Good turkish breakfast with additions like pastries and omletes.the spa and gym are 1st class. I will definitely be stayimg again. Excellent location with good transport links to everything. Located in fatih there are plenty of affordable local restaurants much cheeper than taxim square. Well done dosso dossi 10/10 from .me."

"The room was absolutely beautiful, the bed and pillows oh so dreamy comfortable and the staff everything you expect from a Sofitel. The Executive Lounge is small, but its offerings were delicious during cocktail hour. The location is great. We will return. "
