It was not busy as the Sultan Ahmet area, but there was not much to do around until you take the train. Also, there needs to be AC in the property not just in the rooms. The staff and management wete helpful and friendly.

This is not a 5 star hotel. Property smells smoking regardless if you are in non smoking room. Employees barely speak english. I paid for upgraded room thar never got. Hotel wont reimburse. Breakfast is abundant but low quality. About 15 min tram ride to tourist area. I could have stand all of the above but the smoking smell everywhere was disgusting. I do not recommend.

Great area

The hotel looks great from the outside and reception area is impeccable. The rooms and bathrooms are outdated and definitely not 5* worthy. However, the staff is very friendly and the location is also very convenient. There is a tram service right outside the hotel that takes you to all the tourist destinations. All in all I was very satisfied with our stay but it should be advertised as 3/4 star
