"This was our second hotel in Vina del Mar so it was a different environment, close to the city center and the river. We checked in around 1:00PM and the staff was friendly and although we were early, they had a room ready for us. The room was a decent size, clean and had a view of the view and city. "La habitación limpia , las sábana de primera , hay agua caliente de sobra , el personal atento , la señora que atiene el bufet muy amable , la que limpia también muy amable se siente uno como en casa , la alberca limpia , solo me faltó disfrutar la tina de hidromasaje , que no estaba en función pero en general me gustó lo recomiendo ampliamente "

"The room was spotless, the staff were very helpful in finding us bus connections to our next destination and activities in area. Breakfast had alot of variety, was served to us with a friendly smile and their cappuccino s were great, I could even have a second. Our room with a ocean view was worth it and the roof top terrace was great. The location is in a quiet neighborhood yet within walking distace of both Valpraiso and Vina del Mar if you are a walker or a 4000 peso Uber."

"Location was very good, close to center and beach, the room was clean, bathroom also and everything works…not too big and not too small, just right for the price. The staff was amazing, very nice and polite. The breakfast in the morning was a full hot breakfast, you don’t see that much."
