"A nice and basic hotel near Chicago Ohare. The continental breakfast was very good included waffle making station. The room was clean and bright. The parking was safe and complimentary. We arrived in Chicago one day early and could not add an extra day to our existing reservation at another hotel. We were glad to find this Best Western that fitted our need, reasonable rate and with complimentary parking."

"When we checked in I was charged for a room that I had prepaid in full. Then they gave us a room in the basement. I asked the man at reception to refund the payment, which he couldn’t do — although it was fixed the next day. But the room was in a noisy area and with very little light. Not a great Best Western experience."
