We never met anyone in person, but it was fine because we received quick and detailed responses to any questions we had. We enjoyed breakfast from the bakery downstairs, and would have eaten it on the balcony if we had come during a warmer part of the year. "

"One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because of the €20 food and beverage credit that I assumed I could use for the breakfast buffet. You cannnot. You can use it at the restaurant and bar for lunch or dinner, but not the breakfast buffet. Expedia should have mentioned this. The hotel is old and the decor shows it. The rooms are dated but comfortable. It’s in a good location but I honestly would not stay here again."

"We had a lovely stay in one of the family rooms. It was a great space for our family of 4 especially the balcony with a view of one of the cities towers. The location was perfect, easy walking distance from the main sights and a bakery right by the anpartment entrances. The self check in was very straight forward."
