"I had a great stay at the Grand Hotel Terme! I don’t know where to start but the staff was very professional and helpful, dined once and the service was amazing. "Wonderful location in the hills outside Bologna. Fantastic thermal spa pools. Nice food and great staff (reception speak english). The room was basic and definitely overpriced. 2 stars at best Euro 65 per night should be the price, in my experienced opinion. Noisy and drafty accommodation. Conversations in the corridors and stairwells echoed around the whole building. Smokers' cigarette smoke somehow drifted into my room. WiFi was non-existent. In summary, bad hotel for business travellers....

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, returning to the UK on 30th October. The hotel truly lives up to its five stars. Everything, from the room, the restaurant, the facilities are excellent - however there are two things which really stand out: firstly the staff - they are amazing.
