Very pleased with our hotel, it had both character and a touch of luxury! Beautiful dining room also where we had breakfast, but service could certainly be improved there. Still it would not put us off staying here again when we return to Florence.

This hotel is a little bit outside the main parts of the city. It will take about 15 minutes to walk to the centre.
We have stayed in many different hotels in Florence and Palazzo Lorenzo is one of the best.
The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated, the Acqua Di Parma products in the bathroom are a nice touch.
The staff in the hotel are the best in Florence. They have a 5 star attitude and will go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Would highly recommend.
