this is and amazing place to stay, the staff are super nice and helpful, food was super good with some many options and delicious , the room was super clean and cute, near by everything to go everywhere, easy to park, very highly recommended

This is a good hotel in a nice part of the city which is a 20 minute walk from the centre. The room was mid sized and clean. Had a few little niggles like noisy air conditioning, loose toilet seat and a flickering light but nothing major. Staff were very helpful. Good choice at breakfast. Nice outside seating and bar. The spa is for your personal use hence needing to book. It was lovely but a little bit tired and needing a little spruce up. Overall good hotel which we would recommend and use again.

Florence is a relatively small city so we loved that this property was not in the heart of everything (Duomo) and yet comfortably walkable to get to . We booked the junior room, it was spacious, clean and the bathroom had a lovely rain shower too. The complimentary spa was refreshing to use - we tried the sauna and jacuzzi. Breakfast was a fairly wide spread and the staff were all welcoming and pleasant. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

The staff was friendly with one exception. Breakfast was OK but nothing special; a little variety from day to day would have been nice. If you have a car it’s convenient as it has a small garage. You can walk to the main attractions but it does take about 20 min to reach the city square.

Nice Hotel. Not too far from the center. Nice attentive staff. Good Breakfast. I had no time for the Spa but was told it’s nice. Only the rooms to the street side are pretty noisy - so ask for the other side or bring some earplugs.
