"Very helpful when we arrived (too early for check-in)--they let us store our bags there while we went out and about and gave us a map that they marked up to show where we were and where we said we wanted to go. "beautiful historic building with cozy indoor library/workspace/lounge and a lovely rooftop terrace. staff was super friendly and helpful (and multi-lingual!). breakfast was solid and well worth the extra fee. excellent central location in old town genova, easily walkable to many points of interest and public transit. overall fantastic value, will definitely book again.
