The main foyer leading up to the reception and rooms can be dark in the day time as internal lights were off, but that is a minor point. "My main concern with this place was not the room itself (even though the window was basically bricked in, and there was no natural light in there) but the reception staff. The woman at the reception was rude and not very accommodating, she couldn’t reply to simple questions and inquiries, and made the check in process feel very stressful. I’ve been to Italy many times (first time in Palermo), and I think this was the worst service experience I’ve had. On the contrary, the maintenance/cleaning...
