"One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We booked their most expensive suite — supposedly their best — and it was a letdown from the moment we walked in. The fridge was broken. The room was missing basic amenities you’d expect at this price point. Tea was served only when we asked for it, and the cookies that came with it were stale. The restaurant was somehow worse — you place an order and the waiter simply disappears. Not once, not twice, but repeatedly. We’d sit there waiting for someone...

"Pros: 1-The room matched exactly what was shown in the images, which was impressive. 2-The room was clean and well-maintained. 3-The staff were polite, helpful, and cooperative. Cons: 1- Wi-Fi connectivity on the top floor is very poor, with low speed and frequent issues. 2- Although my booking included complimentary breakfast, the quantity were inconsistent. On some days, I received only one paratha with pickle, while on others I got two parathas with pickle and curd as per the menu....

"I do not recommend this property for the following reasons: Location- terrible. We couldn't find any mode of transport to the Ghats & market. There is also no sign board on the road to guide you to this place and one has to ask around people on street, guards to help if they help. Service- our food order arrived 30+ minutes late and after several follow-ups. Aircons have no remote so you need to keep furniture to stand on and then reach for the controls. Bathrooms - the washbasin taps open...

"Lovely, traditional boutique mansion on banks of Ganga. Lots of in house activities. Private ghat, where railings can trap some flotsam. Buffet Indian and Continental breakfast."
