"Room was not clean. There was hair everywhere, especially in the bathrooms. Service by the beach was slow and took a long time for chairs / umbrella to even be acquired. Walls were so thin I could hear room neighbors doing the bare minimum of talking. Valet service was nice at arrival but ignored opening doors / closing doors after the initial arrival. Drinks were disgustingly when ordered and poolside waiter was very inattentive when bringing this up. Wanted to visit spa but did not want to risk having yet another bad experience. Not great service at luxury prices, I will not be returning."

"Amazing hotel in an excellent location. The standout for this hotel was the amazing team onsite who couldn’t have been more helpful during our stay. The hotel car service for drop off and pick up was a great bonus. Great pool area set in a quiet area in Palm Beach which is walkable to all shops, etc"
