"We were told there was an airport shuttle. Actually they have a private car that will take you. Cliff was great, responsible and on time but it was miss- information. What if he had not been available or there were too many people wanting the same time? His car only fit the 2 of us and luggage. "

"Disgusting hotel. Everything was dirty even in the second room. Had it not been for important event that weekend and hotel prices being astronomical everywhere else I would’ve left. "

"Warning – Be aware of extra fees and some service issues. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, but I experienced a frustrating problem with the dry cleaning service. I was assured it would be picked up and processed, but it was never sent out, which left me short on clothes for the rest of my trip. I ended up having to buy additional clothing. It would have been better if the staff member who promised to handle it had taken responsibility. I informed the hotel that I would not be paying the service fee due to the delay. The gym has a strong mold smell, and I’m quite certain there’s a mold issue there. On the positive side, the room was clean, functional, and perfectly adequate for one person, though quite small. The housekeeping staff were lovely, but they knocked very aggressively on the door (like police) even when the “Do Not Disturb” sign was clearly displayed. The outdoor pool area is usually crowded, but the hotel does have a beach section off Ocean Drive. I didn’t get to use it, but I might if I return. Overall, I’d rate the hotel 7.5/10. "

"Our arrival was totally lacking, we weren’t told where the amenities were what restaurants hours were etc.. We had to crawl down for all of that. Also, that main lobby courtyard being closed really created a tight dark lobby that was not what we expected for a breakers experience at that price. The food was pretty good, the rooms were just fine, we would stay at The Four Seasons in the future."
