"Stayed in a 3 bedroom in the south tower. The room was gorgeous and clean. Staff was amazing all around. There were enough lounge chairs for all of us. Food was good, Gelato amazing. Prices are what you would expect to pay at a resort. Pools were very clean, plenty of towels. Would definitely come again!"
"The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The overhead light above the sink was missing a lightbulb. The air conditioning worked well until I took a shower. It never seemed to cool the room down afterward, and the bathroom fan either wasn't there or didn't work.
The MOST concerning issue I had was the sliding door lock. It wasn't attached well and looked as if someone had physically forced it open in the past. One screw barely held it against the wall, and the other screw was almost out - and I could never get it any tighter."
