"We had our young grandchildren with us and the kids pool was perfect. The staff taking orders for food and drinks at the pool was convenient and appreciated. The on-site restaurants were good."

"The second bedroom had no air conditioning and no ceiling fan, making it nearly unusable. Other issues included chipped paint, cracked tiles, water damage on the main bedroom ceiling, and broken blinds. These are not minor details—they reflect a property that is not being properly maintained. After raising concerns at checkout, I was told “premium” only means updated countertops and no carpet. That is misleading and does not justify the higher rate. This was nowhere near a premium experience. It was overpriced, poorly maintained, and not worth the upgrade."
