"I was very disappointed with my experience. The hotel was extremely expensive, but the service did not match the price. Many of the employees working at the stores and bars were rude and seemed uninterested in helping guests.
The room was also disappointing. The bed sheets had a damp, dirty smell, which made it uncomfortable to sleep and gave the impression that cleanliness was not a priority.
Overall, the hotel is overpriced for what it offers. Between the poor customer service and the condition of the room, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others."
