My personal opinion, too much smoking around other none smoking areas. My room was very squeaky everywhere you walked. The staff was great, the pool area was good.

The place was amazing! Staff are excellent, very helpful. Amenities are wonderful, we didn’t leave the resort. Everything we needed, was right at our fingertips or within a short walk.

The Westin Desert Willow Villas, Palm Desert
Room was clean, staff was good. It was a pool down close to our suite that was closed for construction and there market place was closed due to construction had I known that before our stay I would have booked somewhere else!

We had a wonderful time at the hotel! My 12-year-old daughter enjoyed the swimming pool and water slide. However, I did have one minor complaint about the smell in the halls. It was reminiscent of a glade plug-in, but thankfully, the smell didn’t seep into the rooms, so it wasn’t a significant issue. ...
