"Property is nice pool was great the only thing I didn’t really like was in check in staff trying to sign you up for some time shares they wouldn’t take no for answer I was really getting bothered they noticed that they let me go. I just wanted to spend time with my family "

"Great hotel with two pools and one spa, free movie and board game rentals. There is a nice kitchen in the room so we can cook stuff. Staff are friendly."

"The stay was good mostly, the only issue was we didn’t have water one morning and was not notified it would be out. Turns out it was a construction issue. Also later that same day there was no hot water. Other than that I would stay there again. "

"Staff very attentive and cordial. Pool was great. Close to many stores and fun activities. Was under renovation including elevator so had to walk up 3 flights of stairs but not too bad. Will definitely return on any future visits to Palm Springs. "
