"Overall great "

"The parking surface needs to be repaved as that is the first thing that you are greeted with. There are so many potholes in the parking area and that is the last place you should worry about driving. The hallways look to be not taken care of daily as there were trash and debris scattered the length of it. Inside the room it was decent, but it was not entirely clean as there were food crumbs and hair from previous occupants. There was not exhaust vent for the bathroom so when you shower the steam builds up, this might be the cause of the walls needing to be repaired. Overall this is a back up plan for your first or second backup plan. Some Motel 6’ are better than others, which is kind of strange. "

"Dune Hotel has a cute Palm Springs look and some potential, but unfortunately our stay did not live up to expectations. The overall vibe is stylish, and the location is convenient, but the experience felt more frustrating than relaxing. For the price, we expected a more polished and comfortable stay. The property felt like it needed more attention to detail, and the service did not feel especially warm or attentive. Basic parts of the stay felt disorganized, and instead of feeling taken care of, we often felt like we were just managing around the hotel’s shortcomings. Palm Springs has so many beautiful boutique hotels, so it was disappointing that this one did not feel more special. The design and atmosphere are there, but the hospitality and overall guest experience need improvement. It was not a completely terrible stay, which is why I would not give it one star, but I also would not rush back or recommend it over the many other better options in Palm Springs."

"A little confused as to why our water bottles and bathroom mat were taken when room was serviced, but besides that, hotel was amazing. "
