"Hotel was very centrally located and had a lovely view from the roof top pool and bar - some of the staff were friendly and helpful but some not so much - room had everything we needed but was a bit short on storage - a shame as there was room for more - eg bedside drawers rather than just a shelf - shower & bathroom excellent - plenty of sun loungers round the pool but would have appreciated a few more parasols - overall I liked this hotel and would recommend and return"

"Absolutely love this place. The GM Pablo accommodated us our last night and could not have been nicer. Lucia at the front desk is a sweetheart boss lady. Kareem the young man that meets you when you first check in is ABSOLUTELY THE GUY that sets the tone. BEST EXPERIENCE. The restaurant guys, Antonio, Toni, Xios and my man Miguel are untouchable."

"Reception staff ( Xisco) very helpful on arrival. Hotel clean and room good with lovely views over Marina. Excellent breakfast, plenty of choice. Good location plenty of bars etc around hotel and only a 10 mins walk into town. Only downside not enough sunbeds for guests wanting to use pool area."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was super comfy, and although I’d read reviews mentioning possible noise depending on where you were in the hotel, I took earplugs and slept peacefully. The food was good with a reasonable choice, and there was a lovely terrace area with sun beds, as well as around the pool. Lovely Spa and had a really good massage, definitely recommended! The hotel is in a great position for an evening stroll along the seafront, browsing the shops and restaurants, or enjoying the nightlife if that’s what you’re looking for. I would definitely stay here again."

"Hotel and room beautiful. Comfy beds. We initially had 2 rooms and had to change 1 due to unforeseen circumstances. This was very difficult, I called the hotel a few times and spoke with Luciana in reservations who was rude and unhelpful. She asked me ‘what did I want’ and refused to take my number when I asked for the reservation manager Christina to call me back. That phone call never came. However, when we got here the people on reception were lovely especially the porter who took us too our room, sorry I don’t know his name and I would also like to say Jenny in reception was very helpful when checking out and also finding our booking that we changed as it wasn’t obvious on the system. Food in restaurant was lovely, breakfast had large selection. Dinner had a themed corner every evening which was also very good. However, restaurant was let down by staff serving tables who never smiled, along with tables that didn’t have cutlery on them, also waiting for someone to come and take a drink order meant that we were half way through our dinner before drinks came. I asked one server who was on her own in the outside seating area when she walked past if I could get some cutlery and her reply was ‘why didn’t you sit elsewhere’ to which I pointed out there was no other seats with cutlery either and she replied ‘I know I am on my own’. Also, drinks weren’t included in the halfboard dinner which I didn’t realise. Pool areas lovely and sun loungers very comfortable."
