Firstly there are no signs around the hotel to denote this is where you can enter from. No way to park in front of the hotel to offload the luggage. This hotel is self proclaimed 5 stars, in reality it’s doesn’t even deserve a 3 star. There is no hotel parking but luckily there are parking spots available in the next lane.
The water at breakfast table is in bottles which they don’t even allow you to take to your room. Terrible coffee and coffee makers. Staff is not well trained. Very hard to get hold of front desk and they never answer the phone calls. No bell service.
For ice to the room there is literally no room service. No water service at the room. Everything is charged and you have to go to the restaurant to get water and ice. Again you will be charged for these services to the room. The housekeeping will not even fill up the bodywash in bathroom. We had to buy bodywash from outside to use.
The staff is friendly and have smile on their face but apart from that there is no proper service for 5 star hotel.
The pool water is freezing and no one could really get the water. All people around the pool were only sunbathing.
No private beach for the hotel, the beach around the hotel demands €60 for 2 loungers with an umbrella. The sea is rough and water is turbulent.
Few pros- good mattress, clean bathrooms and washroom. There is a safe in the room.
Overall it’s a decent hotel if you want to only relax at night but overall don’t expect any great of a service.
