"We had such a great stay here! The location was perfect and made it so easy to walk to different areas, restaurants, and attractions. The food was amazing, and having a complimentary breakfast each morning was such a nice bonus. And the bed was SO comfortable — honestly one of the best hotel beds I’ve ever slept in! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back."

"The hotel is in a beautiful location and very central to all the sights of Palma. The staff - from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff - are very courteous and welcoming. The rooms are very well appointed and the breakfast is outstanding. The only disappointment is the swimming pool on the roof - it's really just a soaking pool - tiny and shallow. But I would recommend this hotel strongly to anyone visiting Palma!"

"The staff in this hotel are excellent, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and resolve any issues. The hotel is nice and what you'd expect from a small 5 star city centre boutique hotel, however there were some issues. The air con was inconsistant and the shower was a bit crap.
The breakfast was lovely and we did recieve a free dinner in the restaurant due to the air con issues. And i must say the food there is first rate"

"Not every room in this property is the same. Our first room was jokingly small but they were very accommodating and moved us to a different room. The location of this hotel was amazing and so convenient. Parking is off site and about 30 euros/night. They have a golf cart and drove us back to the parking with all the luggage. That service alone was amazing because the alleyways to get to the hotel are super narrow and scary to drive in."

"Attentive reception staff both on arrival and departure and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely duplex apartment within walking distance of shops, bars although care needs to be taken on the apartment's open staircase down to the main bedroom and on the steep staircase up to the roof terrace. Only thing preventing a full 5 stars is that the property, which sleeps up to 4 and was booked for our family of 3, was only set up for 2 persons - the sofa bed had no available bedding (although reception...

"My daughter and I recently stayed at Sant Jaume Design Hotel in Mallorca before she began her semester abroad, and choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions of our trip. Offers gym, rooftop deck, on site massages and breakfast.
The hotel is elegantly and simply decorated and in an ideal location for exploring Palma. What really sets Sant Jaume apart, though, is the service. It is truly on the level of other five-star hotels I’ve stayed at. Whether we needed help scheduling outings,...
