Staff were friendly and helpful allowing us to swap rooms. Room was really clean as was the reception area. Were clearly informed about the facilities opening times on site.

The location is fantastic minutes from main shopping, the rambles is a 10 minute walk to restaurants, shops and cafes. Minutes from main bus stops. Clean room amazing bathroom free standing bath.
