"We had a comfortable 2 nights here. It’s very expensive to stay here - breakfast was $26 per person and evening meals were on the pricey side. The bar meals were good but had limited hours. We were disappointed that the beach wasn’t great. It was very busy over the weekend. We would consider staying here again but would check other options. "

"En terminos generales esta bastante bien. personal, alrededores, planta fisica esta deteriorada, en ningun momento no nos pudieron dar toallas para estar en la piscina.. cuando nos entregaron la habitacion el pisi estaba todo mojado, yo eh estado aqui en otras ocaciones pero es la primera vez que nos ocurre esto, deberian mejorar en esa area"

"If you are looking for tranquility this is the place for you. The views are breathtaking and what postcards and painting are based off of. The property is meticulously maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We did have a few miscommunications but they always made sure to correct it. The food is what you would expect at a five star resort and they delivered every time. The rooms/casitas are very private with your own plunge pools It’s set on a 2000 acre reserve. "Hotel had a good location. Front desk staff also manages the coffee station so, if there are lots of people buying coffee, you will check-in once they are finished in the coffee station, bring patience with you. Room was tiny but comfy. Hotel restaurant was good for breakfast."

"Figured we'd stay in Mayagüez for a night and then head over to some waterfalls in the general area. I don't usually gravitate towards hotel chains, but the island is still on the mend from the storm of '17 and earthquake of '20, and Holiday Inn is doing a pretty good job of presenting well maintained and comfortable properties around the island. Bed was comfortable, room and facilities were in good shape, and it was easy access to grab a bite to eat in town. I'd stay there again."
