"Was good for a quick one night stay but the beds were not comfortable enough for multiple nights. Enjoyed the coffee in the lobby and quick dip in the hot tub!"

"During our stay, both the hotel lobby and our room had an unpleasant smell. We requested towels from the front desk, and they were never delivered Also , housekeeping never cleaned our room during our stay. The next day, we asked again for towels and washcloths and were told housekeeping would bring them, but they never did. I eventually went downstairs and found housekeeping myself— they only had two towels and no washcloths, which were taken from a black garbage bag. Overall, I rate this hotel 0/10. I would not recommend staying here, especially with children."

"So I didn’t realize I needed to request a room with a view. We literally were looking at a brick wall while the shade was open lol the shower had hair on the walls (prior to even being used) and no microwave within the rooms…it’s located on the 3rd floor. Other than those minor nuisances…perfect location for the event I was attending. Thank you"

"We had a wonderful time staying in one of the caboose rooms! The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome right away. While it isn’t a luxury five-star resort, it is a solid three-star gem with an immense amount of charm. The location is perfect—it's very convenient for visiting local attractions like the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania, Sight & Sound Theatres, and the Tanger Outlets, yet it feels peacefully tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main drag. If you’re a train enthusiast or just looking for a unique stay, it is well worth it. Don't skip the restaurant—the food was fantastic, and the portions/quality really give you your money's worth!"

"The room was fairly clean, however we did find 5 strands of long hair in the shower. The view from our room (426) was basically non-existent. The staff was friendly and informative. The valet parking was excessively overpriced, however we were able to find parking elsewhere. The hotel location was ideal and close to the Inner Harbor and many restaurants."

"I enjoyed my stay at Pier 5 Hotel Baltimore. One of the highlights was the beautiful view of the harbor, which really added to the overall experience. I was also impressed by how quiet the room was. There was a loud student group staying on our floor, but once we were inside the room, you could barely hear any of the noise. The sound insulation made a big difference and allowed for a peaceful stay. The location was another major plus. There were attractions nearby, two nice restaurants right on site, and the free water taxi pulled up directly to the hotel, which made getting around both convenient and fun. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable visit with great views, a peaceful room, and an excellent location."
