"Gute Lage , immer wieder "

"-Really good location, 10 min walk into the main square in Elche. -under 30 mins to the airport -20/25 mins to the beach. Hotel is beautiful, surrounded by palm trees and natural beauty. Rooms are spacious, but walls are thin, we could hear everything from the next room and corridor. Highlight is the food. Half board is fully recommend. High quality meals in a lovely restaurant. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will be back. "

"Beautiful hotel out in the quiet countryside, very peaceful unless they are having an event ( they do weddings) but these are nice affairs and it’s nice to see how the Spanish do weddings. But after 1100am all quite so well controlled by the hotel. This really is a unique and quite divine hotel, we stayed in the main building with our Dogs but you can stay in one of the eight chalet time apartments they have on the grounds which looked beautiful with fantastic views to all sides. "The hotel is basic, but very clean. Upon check in I was given a sheet of paper "about the hotel". One paragraph said breakfast was served between 8 and 9 and also between 9 and 10. There was NO breakfast but there was coffee. I asked the hotel to arrange a transfer from the airport. This did not happen. I took an airport taxi to the hotel which cost 15 euros. To return to the airport I took public bus L10, the stop is 1 block from the hotel. This cost 1.35 euros and runs once per hour. I think...

"Hotel is at a nice place, around 4-5 km away from the city centre. Free parking but limited. Rooms are ok. Staff were friendly and co-operative. Issues were no electric kettle/tea coffee facilities in the room. Biggest letdown was that air conditioning was not working. This was misleading as we booked the room thinking there was air conditioning. The hotel should clearly mention if the services are down. we would have not booked this hotel had we known that AC is down."

"Avoid. Buffet breakfast a joke. Help yourself in tiny kitchen (6 × 4 feet approx).more like a hostal. Coffee machine undrinkable. You could have boiled egg, spanish omelette(cold)ham or 2 different cheeses, brown or white bread or croissants. A joke. Certainly no way 2 star boutique hotel. Solid concrete steps to room like a warehouse stairway. Room was ok and shower. 39 steps to 2nd floor. Building is a fire hazard. Avoid."
