"When I arrived to the property, it was a strong smell of gas entering into the entryway to the front desk. The staff that was at the front desk greeted me she was nice however, things were not organized and the property does not have proper parking space for the amount of guest the property allows. There was no where for me to park once coming back , I had to park across the walk way at another hotel parking lot."

"Like many hotels in the Choice portfolio this one could use cleaning and better maintenance. Room was ok and breakfast was better than expected."

"Shower water pressure was Extremely low and was ridiculous. I said something to the front desk and they said that it was probably due to others taking a shower at the same time. I told them I showered before 5am and didn’t think everyone was showering at that time. The amount of water was literally dripping out with no pressure at all."

"As soon as I walked in I could tell the room was cleaned and disinfected. The staff were really nice and polite. The tables outside with the umbrella attachments need some maintenance but it didn’t take away from the vibe you get sitting out there. I sat there during the day and at night and the property was quiet and peaceful. The air conditioning works really quick which was amazing during my stay because it did get hot out in the afternoon. There’s also ample parking spaces."

"If I could give this place negative stars, I would. We stayed at the Super 8 in Columbia, GA while attending my daughter’s military graduation because of its proximity to the base—but that was the only positive about this experience. From the moment we checked in, things felt off. The lobby was unkempt, and the staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional. Once we got to the room, it only got worse. The room was dirty, with stained sheets, a strong odor, and surfaces that clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. When we turned on the AC unit it smelt like urine. To make matters even worse, there were roaches in both the bathroom and the room, which made it impossible to feel safe or comfortable. The atmosphere outside only added to the discomfort. Groups of people were hanging around outside smoking, which made the environment feel unsafe and unwelcoming. Basic amenities were either broken or missing, and the bathroom was in terrible condition. It was clear that maintenance and cleanliness are not priorities here. On top of that, the noise level made it nearly impossible to get any rest—especially frustrating during such an important trip for our family."

"The air conditioner in my room was a wall thermostat that was set at 75. When you tried to turn it down it went back to 75. Called front desk and he was clueless on what to do. It was so muggy it was miserable. For the price of two nights I would not stay again. I will say the rooms were very clean! "
