"This hotel is the perfect spot for your first day or last day in Costa Rica. The property was beautiful with lots of birds, and had a great pool and restaurant/bar. They offer shuttle service for a fee to the airport - we booked one at 4:45 a.m. The staff was so kind and helpful - one staff member let me use her personal cell phone when mine wouldn't work. I was also allowed to help her pluck a mango out of a tree with a long fruit picker - she then cut it up and offered it to us to enjoy! Thank...

"Water from tap in bathroom was not much more than a trickle, but the shower was ok. Just one overhead light in room so it was difficult to read in bed and the liggt switch was by the door so i had to get out if bed to switch it off"

"The executive level was so worth it. I highly recommend. I will say that despite the beauty of the grounds everything was super expensive. 1 standard margarita with house tequila is $17 but because I changed tequila to mezcal I paid $31. That’s so ridiculous. The food and merchandise at the hotel was also very expensive. Expect prices to twice as high as in the US. "
