muito bom, mas não vale o curto benefício.
Então, o lugar é bem agradável e arborizado, porém confesso que não vale o custo benefício. O valor é alto para o que é oferecido...o quarto é ok, mas antigo e conservado porém ainda deixa a desejar um pouco a questão da limpeza e conforto. Como ficamos apenas uma noite, isso não nos afetou...mas mesmo assim esperava mais. O jantar esta super bom, mas o café da manhã deixou muito a desejar mesmo. Funcionários queridos e prestativos, como eu disse o lugar era bom mas pelo valor teria que ser muito melhor.

Todo bien, lindo entorno. Personal amable y con buena disposición para atender y solucionar problemas que surgieron. No salía agua caliente, había un error en caldera el cual no fue informado, de todas formas el problema fue resuelto. La habitación no tenia secador de pelo disponible. Sugerencia verificar que todo es dispuesto antes de entregar habitación.

Excelente trabajo
La recuperación del lugar, el uso de paneles solares, la decoración, pero principalmente la atención de parte del personal nos hizo pensar que la mejor frase para definir la estadía es “excelente trabajo”.

The property is charming! the rooms were so peaceful and warm enough for a chilly night of winter. we were a large group of 8 couples and loved to be able to sit by the fire and be treated super nice by our bartender Cesar. we will definitely come back in the future, maybe during summer. if there is one thing i would change would be the coffee. I could not understand why they would have a commercial machine instead of freshly brewed coffee.

Nice, quite and friendly atmosphere
The hotel is located in a quite and idillic location. There are some really nice gardens, excellent hot tube, and an orange grove right outside of the bedrooms. This was a very relaxing experience. Rooms are quiet, spatious, clean and everything was to our satisfaction. The service was outstanding, the staff were really friendly and nice and the food was very tasty. I warmly recommend this hotel to others.

This was a lovely place, comfortable beds in well appointed room. Restaurant was limited at the time but breakfasts were generous and very tasty. Loved the pool and could get to all the wineries from this property

Rooms are ok but this really is a 3* hotel which looks better in the pictures. It’s dated and the common areas are very dusty. Our towelrack was falling off the wall and the bathrobe had old stains… Staff are friendly but with low level of English and low energy. The place seems to lack an engaged manager.

A 20 minutos de llegar al hotel nos llaman para anunciar que se había sobrevendido y que no tenían como recibirnos. Tuvimos que volver a Santiago. En la reserva dice "no es necesario llamar', recomiendo hacerlo igual.

Noi Blend is quaint and very charming. An iron in the room would have been helpful but otherwise, we loved our stay. There are plenty of outdoor private cozy sitting areas to share a bottle of wine and the staff is wonderful. Natalia was so sweet and patient as we tried to speak Spanish. Location is very close to excellent wineries, I wish we stayed longer!

Todo muy bueno, la atención del personal muy amable. Lo único malo es que no me respetaron el precio de Hotels.com. Decía impuestos y cargos incluidos y nos cobraron del precio que me aparecía en la página pero la Gerenta local del hotel dijo que era un error de Hotels.com. Creo que deberían revisar este tema.

No tienen el mismo estandar que el resto delos Noi
No es el mismo estandar que el resto de los hoteles de esta cadena. El restaurant del hotel, muy baja calidad y variedad, tanto para desayunos, almuerzos, comida y bar. Muy poco personal. Los jardines, no están bien mantenidos, como tampoco el equipamiento en el exterior. La limpieza no perfecta. De todas maneras sigue siendo una buena alternativa para alojar en colchagua.

Mala administración. Sobre valorado, no volveremos
El protocolo COVID de NOI, nos aseguraba ocupación pieza por medio, cosa que no se cumplió. Estaban todas las piezas ocupadas. Luego la comida, nuevamente no se cumple la promesa sanitaria, y de paso los protocolos establecidos por la autoridad. Nos sentaron en el restaurant cerrado (solo se puede utilizar espacios abiertos y al 25% de capacidad). Una carta deficiente y atención muy básica, se demoraron 25 minutos en preguntarnos qué queríamos tomar!!! Al desayuno las cosas no cambiaron, atención lenta, máquina de café sin café (2 veces), yogurt abierto, etc. En resumen, un hotel solo con cartel “de lujo” que no vale ni un tercio de lo que cobra, y más grave aún, que no se ha tomado en serio lo que significa cuidar su negocio y menos la Salud de sus trabajadores y huéspedes. Hace algunos meses visitamos Puma Lodge, perteneciente a NOI (pre pandemia), y vivimos los mismos problemas de administración. Es decir, el problema no es del administrador local. Es un problema de administración central. Una lástima.

Nice rooms but disappointed by grounds condition
The hotel is nicely laid out with the rooms separate from the restaurant/reception and a nice pool area outside the restaurant. The grounds are a modern design but somewhat dilapidated with a lot of dirt in the area around the pool and furniture that has seen better days. However, the rooms and restaurant are very clean and comfortable. The service is good with the receptionist happy to help with bookings for the various wine estates. The food was good (both breakfast and dinner). The rooms have a balcony which opens out onto vineyards but which isn’t private as one long balcony is shared by all the rooms.
