"I was visiting my daughter and we stayed here for 4 days.
The parking lot was clean and lots of open spaces.
The lobby was clean and spacious.
The room had enough space and was clean and had up to date decor.
The bed, pillow and sheets were comfortable, clean & smooth.
The toilet water pressure was strong.
The water faucet had a good flow and the spout was far enough away from thee sink basin.
The shower spray was strong and a great circumference spray.
The breakfast was ok, but the coffee...

"Room was clean, staff was excellent couldn’t be much better, breakfast was great!! sausage, omelettes on some mornings, or scrambled eggs or fried eggs, waffles, orange juice, and apple juice. they kept everything well stocked even up till almost quitting time
If you’re planning on grilling bring your own grilling tools and charcoal.

"When I go to Yuma, I stay here. It used to be a chain of some sort, but the owners are now independent. They do a great job of keeping the place clean and modern. The breakfast is good for self-serve and they have a free happy hour. There is a grill station if you want to eat in. I didn't use the pool, but it is large and attractive. Kids would love it. And the prices are reasonable. Yuma is overflowing with hotels and more are being built. This place is a reason to try an independent operator."

"The room was clean however the overstuffed chair was dirty , the air conditioner was loud room had a misty smell . Staff was nice and friendly however got woken up 6:30an by upstairs room 2nd floor above us since I was in the first floor, sound like gymnastic or bounce park . We had got in late the night before how can people not have consideration of others I understand having kids contained a small area for a few hours can get a little boring ,but be mindful of others. "The property was nice and what I expected. The evening I checked in, the afternoon manager was training someone new. She was kind of rude, referring to me in the third person while she's telling the new hire what to do. What I mentioned that to her, she yelled at me like I was interrupting her training.
