"The hotel itself was clean and well maintained although it did look a little tired. The bar and restaurant staff were excellent. The breakfast was average for a 5 star hotel. I would question the wisdom of showing a live football match next to the restaurant and bar, with the accompanying shouting and jeering for nearly 2 hours. Even the staff were getting annoyed with the mostly non-resident attendees as they flocked to the bar or hurried through the restaurant to have a quick cigarette. ...

"The facility is run my children. Literally. We returned after a day out approximately 10 pm. Turned over the cover to find dried blood on it. Called the front desk. Housekeeping had already gone home. The front desk male was mortified and didn't know what to do. The front desk female then came up and changed our sheets. No message from management or apologies the next day. On a broader note. We asked for thinner bed cover instead of the thick duvet. Hotels don't seem to carry...

"Our stay at Hotel Sevilla center was good. I visited for a vacation with friends and family for 4 nights. The Hotel is centrally located. Room was good but Hot water was not coming one morning in the washroom. After complaining at the reception several times, the Hot water services were resumed after 2 hours. Room was also not very well Illuminated."
