"We stayed for two nights and left after a wedding we attended. The young lady at check-in was very friendly, accommodated my husband's request for a first floor room without hesitation (due to his leg issues). The beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean - soaps, towels, hair dryer were all supplied. The hot water lasted to the end of my shower. Pillows were soft, fluffy. We view the Monarch as a true gem for the city of Moscow. We will not hesitate to stay at the Monarch the next...

"The second floor has absolutely no sound damping so you hear everything. The bed forced you to the center because it is so wore out. I normally don't complain but these issues are to tough to ignore. I found the room spotless and the gal I spoke with was excellent and helpful."

"It was a help to have a well stocked kitchen. The breakfast staff was so efficient with large crowds. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. We had a broken toilet seat that was taken care of right away when we called. The beds were comfortable. The only negative was the synthetic fragrance when you enter the lobby. I’m sensitive to those and it was a bit overpowering."

"Convenient location for Pullman. Abundant parking. Easy access. Large rooms. Good nightly rate. But the hotel is looking dated and banged up. The rooms and common areas are well overdue for a renovation. There is no dining room or lounge on site. The included breakfast is a bare minimum with packaged breakfast sandwiches to microwave, juice, yogurt, bagels and a waffle maker. No hot items. Coffee was always empty and staff were not checking in on the breakfast room. This has been my go-to hotel...
